When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, vehicle details and the message you write. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp we hold whatever you choose to send us.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use these details only to answer your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you started) and, where work goes ahead, performance of a contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and handle any guarantee claim. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting rules require.

Who we share it with

Our website hosting and database providers process data on our behalf so the site and the enquiry form can work, and our email provider delivers enquiry notifications to us. They act on our instructions only. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format.
