Terms and conditions

These terms apply to work carried out by Ary Motors Performance Limited (company number 16078789), trading as ARY Motors Performance, at Unit 1 Industrial Estate, Wattville Road, Birmingham, B66 2NT.

Quotes

Quotes given from photographs or a description are estimates based on the information supplied. Once we see the vehicle we may need to revise the figure — if we do, we will tell you before any further work is carried out. Quotes are free and place you under no obligation.

Payment

We are private pay only: we do not handle insurance claims or third-party billing. Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Guarantee

We guarantee our labour for 12 months from the date work is completed. The guarantee covers the workmanship we carried out. It does not cover fair wear and tear, accident or impact damage after the work, corrosion or faults elsewhere on the vehicle, or work altered or repaired by someone else. Parts are covered by their manufacturer's own warranty.

Vehicles left with us

Please remove valuables before leaving a vehicle with us. Vehicles should be collected promptly once we tell you the work is finished.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services carried out with reasonable care and skill.
